Using our top quality wood, we handcraft a set of training bats that when combined with a Over/Under load program will be used to improve bat speed. The light bat helps improve bat-speed while the heavier bat builds strength!

The light training bats come in 1 weight range: ~-7oz
We recommend pairing this with a regular -3oz bat to get the full effect
