Using our top quality wood, we handcraft a set of training bats that when combined with a Over/Under load program (we are happy to provide one from a top tier hitting trainer, if requested) will be used to improve bat speed. The light bat helps improve bat-speed while the heavier bat builds strength!
The heavy training bats come in 2 different weight ranges: ~+0 oz, and ~+3 oz
The light training bats come in 1 different weight range: ~-6oz
