In the MLB, players with a higher average exit velocity have a higher batting average and hit more home runs! Improving bat speed might be the biggest factor in a hitter's ability to reach the next level.
Using our top quality wood, we handcraft a set of training bats that, combined with an over/under load program, will improve bat speed. The light bat helps improve bat speed while the heavier bats build strength.
We also include a short bat and a long bat (35 inch) to improve a hitter's kinesthetic awareness. The short bat can also be used for one-arm training.
In all you get:
2 heavy bats: ~+0 oz, ~+3 oz plus
1 light training bat: ~-6 oz
